Method: | 1. Place all ingredients in machine bowl and mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down. 2. Mix for a further 15 seconds. Do not overmix. 3. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for approximately 20 minutes. |

For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of mixture into muffin tins. | ||||||||||||||||||
For product variations add 15% dried fruits, nuts, dried apples, blueberries or chopped apricots. | ||||||||||||||||||
