USING PETTINA CAKE MIX

  Eggs 0.400
  Bicarbonate of Soda 0.010
  PETTINA CAKE MIX 2.000
  APITO BANANA PASTE 0.050
 
2 Bananas (mashed) 0.600

  Total Weight 3.510
Method:  1. Place Group 1 in mixing bowl in above order.
2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down.
3. Beat on second speed for 6 minutes.
4. Add Group 2 and clear.
5. Bananas must be ripe.
6. Oven temperature 175°C (350°F).
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
