Method:  1. Rub Group 1 together until crumbly.
2. Add Group 2 and mix well.
3. Sprinkle on top of cakes before baking.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  APITO LEMON PASTE can be substituted with any other APITO Flavouring paste, depending on the cake flavour.
