2 Water 0.500
BALEC 0.100
 
3 HERCULES BAKING POWDER 0.050
Flour 3.200

  Total Weight 7.050
Method:  1. Blend Group 1 on low speed.
2. Add Group 2 and mix through.
3. Sieve Group 3 and add to the above.
4. Mix to a clear dough on low speed.
5. Oven temperature 190°C (375°F).
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
