Method: | 1. Beat Group 1 on medium speed for 4 minutes. Scrape down and cream for a further 4 minutes on medium speed. 2. Add Group 2 slowly over a period of 3 minutes 3. Sieve Group 3 together and then add to mix on slow speed for 1 minute to clear 4. Scale as desired. 5. Oven temperature 193°C 6. Baking time 40 minutes approximately for 850gms in 10” x 7” tin. |
