Method: | 1. Place ingredients in mixing bowl fitted with paddle. 2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute. 3. Scrape down. 4. Mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed. 5. Do not over mix. 6. Allow to rest for 5 minutes. 7. Deposit into frying and fry at 190ºC until golden brown. 8. Recommended batter temperature 18-20ºC. |
