2 Honey 0.115
Milk 0.215
 
3 Bicarbonate of Soda 0.025
 
4 Flour 1.360
Ginger 0.015

  Total Weight 3.425
Method:  1. Cream Group 1 together until light, scrape down.
2. Boil Group 2
3. Add Group 3 to Group 2, stir well and then add to Group 1
4. Sieve together and add to above.
5. Pipe pieces the size of a 20 cent coin onto a greased tray
6. Oven temperature 204°C
7. Baking time 8-10 minutes
