Method: | 1. Place all ingredients in mixing bowl in above order 2. Blend for approximately 1 minute on slow speed 3. Scrape down 4. Beat on second speed for 6 minutes 5. Place half of the batter into a bowl and add 0.075 kg of both plain flour & cinnamon. 6. Mix until clear. 7. Deposit 0.250kg of batter into 6 ring cake tins. 8. Pipe 0.060kg of raspberry spread over batter. 9. Top with 0.250kg of plain cake batter and smooth off. |
