USING BAKELS EASY MAKE MUFFIN MIX

  Total Weight 4.500
Method:  1. Place all ingredients in machine bowl and mix on slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down.
2. Mix for a further 15 seconds. Do not overmix.
3. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
  For cup cake muffins deposit 60g of mixture into muffin tins.
  For product variations add 15% dried fruits, nuts, dried apples, blueberries or chopped apricots.
Yield:  Yield 70 muffins scaled at 60g.
