  MORAH CAKE (MEDIUM) 3.000
  Salt 0.125
 
2 Water 4.500

  Total Weight 17.625
Method:  1. Blend Group 1 together on low speed using a dough hook until a fine crumb forms.
2. Add Group 2 and mix thoroughly.
3. Allow to recover for 10 minutes then sheet out without giving any turns.
Notes:  The metric recipe is of similar size to the avoirdupois recipe but is not an exact conversion.
